for Pet Housesitting, petsitting, Feeding and walking Services of Cura Paws Curaçao

By booking our pet sitting services, you acknowledge that under the laws of Curaçao, pet owners remain fully responsible for their pets at all times.
We cannot be held liable for any damages to your property or belongings while providing in-home care or any other service. All services are performed at the owner’s risk.
During walks, drives, or any other activities outside the home, we will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of your pet(s) and ourselves. However, we cannot guarantee that accidents or unforeseen incidents will not occur.

While performing our duties (e.g., walking, driving, administering medication), we accept the inherent risks involved in handling animals. Similarly, by engaging our services, you accept that certain risks are associated with pet care activities and agree to release us from liability for unavoidable accidents.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled start of the service will incur no penalty.
Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled start of the service will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service or no-shows will be charged the full service fee.

All fees, including additional charges for extra pets, medication administration, or other add-ons, must be paid in full before the start of the service.
For long-term bookings exceeding one week, a deposit of 50% of the total cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the service.

In case of a medical emergency involving your pet, we will make every effort to contact you or your designated emergency contact immediately. If you cannot be reached, we will seek veterinary care as deemed necessary.
All veterinary costs are the responsibility of the pet owner.

Owners must disclose any behavioral or health issues their pets may have prior to booking.
All pets must be up to date on vaccinations as required by local regulations.
Owners must provide sufficient supplies (food, medications, leashes, etc.) for the duration of the service.

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations under this agreement due to events beyond our control, such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

By booking our services, you agree to these terms and conditions in full and acknowledge the risks and responsibilities outlined above.
